Coming soon! Community forum for South-West Sydney FC

Our community will have a chance to have their say and help shape South-West Sydney FC with a community forum coming soon.

South West Sydney FC was announced in late May as one of the successful bids across Australia to progress into the final phase of A-League expansion to begin in the 2019/20 season.

The Bid Team is working hard on the final submission document. But our community is vital to our club and we want to hear from you.

So, a community forum is coming soon with details to be announced on location and times shortly.

In the meantime, have your say!

We want to hear from you about what you want to see from our club. Head to our social feeds (below).

And shortly we’ll have a survey on our site to give you another chance to have your say and help shape your club.

This means, by the time of the forum, there’ll already be plenty of community ideas to discuss and debate.

Why South-West Sydney FC?

This is the only 500,000 plus population region in Australia that has no sporting side playing full-time in their region.

There are around 25,000 registered football players male and female in South West Sydney, with over 70 clubs and more than 3600 players playing NPL football.

An A-League club in South West Sydney would complete the pathway from grassroots to NPL and onto the elite level.

And with an estimated two million residents tipped to call South West Sydney home by 2035, the potential for an A-League club in the area is clear for all to see.
